A BIG WEEKEND OF BJJ
This weekend I was blessed to spend time with my close friend Adisa Banjoko aka Bishop who is a black belt in jiu-jitsu under Alan “Gumby” Marques at Heroes Martial Arts in San Jose, CA.
Most recently he was teaching at Ralph Gracie San Jose and the University of San Francisco BJJ Club.
He developed two closed-guard attack systems known as the Iron Hook Scroll, and Cloud Scroll.
We were blessed to have him here in Leicester working with the students at Leicester Shootfighters on closed guard and also passing.
Now that he is in the UK I am personally looking forward to working alongside him on social projects and also some more podcasts.
We have some big projects lined up.
