Anti-Bullying Talk for young people

Talk #2 – The Real Superpower

Who this talk is for

For any age group in schools and workplaces.

If you have experienced bullying, perpetrated it or have a culture within your establishment you want to change this talk will help.

The aim is to shift the focus to a collective effort on tackling bullying, to embed it in your culture that it is not acceptable.

By focusing on the bystander aspect we are showing you have to remove the focus from the event and more toward the root cause of the bullying.

What the talk covers

As someone that suffered horrific bullying in secondary school, this talk is about the power dynamics that exist.

The relationship between the victim, the bully, and the person with the most power. The bystander.

This talk helps to reframe the thinking of all three views and aims to be another tool to stop bullying in all forms. This talk can also be tailored to HR and management teams, in order to assist in preventing workplace bullying.

Working together we will explore the idea that whatever you want to achieve it can be done using consistency and goal setting. Coupling all of this with hard work, the talk shows how even the loftiest of goals can be within reach.
