CHANGING THE NARRATIVE
This month I went to my old secondary school to work with the students on Enterprise day.
This is when the students all create a business from scratch and pitch it to me, the potential investor.
I love these days because the ideas and the work ethic are simply outstanding.
On the day there was a particular focus on some of the ADHD and Autistic who all performed wonderfully.
Going forward I am looking to work with more SEN-based projects and schools to deliver this.
There was also time for a wonderful question and answers session about careers, positivity and consistency.
We will be back again soon.
